About

The Jade Boutique Hotel Is a truly historic Wallace building turned boutique hotel in the middle of an outdoor mecca and a whole town on the National Historic Registry. It is situated in the heart of town, surrounded by the serene mountains around Wallace and within walking distance to everything in town. The Jade backs up to the Historic Wallace Depot Museum and the Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes, running from Mullan to Plummer, ID. The best restaurants and shopping start just across the street!

Good to know

The Jade Boutique Hotel is the ENTIRE second floor of a 1913, three-story brick building. Like nearly all the buildings in Wallace, this building is on the national register of historic places. The second floor is very large. It includes four bedrooms, a full kitchen and a dining area., 1.5 bathrooms, and unmatched views of the mountains from your bedroom windows. There is plenty of street parking, as well as a public parking lot behind the building, next to the Northern Pacific Railroad Museum park. Please note that this is a fun, original, quirky building with LOTS of history (at one time or another since 1889, this site was a hotel, saloon, restaurant, and/or brothel that was very lively during westward expansion, early railroad building, mining booms and busts, mining wars, prohibition, natural disasters, and more!). The Jade is a perfect fit for someone looking for a unique and authentic Wallace experience. It is situated in a place with ample parking and access to all the outdoor activities, bike trail, and walking around this lovely town.

We stayed here for a ski weekend and the space was great for our group! We had multiple families and there was enough room to feel we could spread out and also enjoy the time together. It is a great layout with the bedrooms on one end and the gathering spaces on the other. The interior has the charm of its past with modernizations that make it very functional (especially in the kitchen and bathrooms). The location was so convenient, as was the parking. Lauren was also very responsive as a host, which made managing the logistics of the weekend much easier. We would all stay again!

Great stay at a cool, revamped hotel with the perfect amount of bedrooms and space to hang out comfortably. The location was ideal — tons of great restaurants just steps away. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time staying here. perfect space and location for a large group to spend the weekend in Wallace. The unit has a perfect layout, with the bedrooms at one end and the common areas at another end, so you don't have to worry about waking anyone up. Everything was great and Lauren was quick to respond to the minor issues we had. I hope I get a chance to stay here again
